The term “Digital Product” includes every downloadable, electronically delivered, cloud-accessed or account-accessed product offered through TooUps.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, no physical item will be shipped.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from TooUps, you must:

4. Product Previews

Screenshots, demonstrations, mockups and preview images are provided to help you understand the digital product. Actual appearance, performance and results may vary because of device settings, software versions, third-party platform updates, installed fonts, user customizations, AI model behaviour, input quality, account type, and user experience.

Demo photographs, fonts, logos, videos, brand names or third-party materials may not be included unless clearly stated on the product page.

5. Orders

Placing an order represents an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms. TooUps may accept, reject or cancel an order where:

• Payment has not been completed or verified
• An incorrect amount was sent
• Order information is incomplete
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• A pricing or product error occurred
• The product is unavailable
• The order violates these Terms
• The payment provider rejects the transaction

Your purchase is confirmed only after successful payment authorization or payment verification.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

TooUps may accept payments through PayPal, USDT, Bank transfer, Debit cards, Credit cards, and other payment methods displayed during checkout.

Available payment options may vary depending on your country, product, currency or payment-provider availability. Payments may be processed by independent payment gateways, banks, PayPal, card processors, cryptocurrency networks or other third-party services. By selecting a payment method, you also agree to the applicable payment provider’s terms, privacy policy, fees and verification requirements.

7. PayPal Payments

PayPal payments must be completed through the official PayPal payment instructions provided by TooUps. Your order may remain pending until PayPal confirms that the payment has been successfully completed.

You are responsible for using an authorized PayPal account, providing accurate billing information, paying applicable fees, and resolving account restrictions directly with PayPal. TooUps is not responsible for PayPal account holds, verification delays, or regional restrictions.

8. Debit and Credit Card Payments

Debit and credit card payments may be processed through an independent payment gateway. Your card provider or payment processor may require billing verification, security authentication, OTPs, or fraud checks.

TooUps does not normally store your complete card number or card security code. A card payment is complete only after the payment processor confirms successful authorization. We may cancel or delay an order when a payment is declined, reversed, marked as suspicious, or under review.

9. Bank Transfer Payments

When paying through bank transfer, you may be required to transfer the full payment to the bank account provided by TooUps, include the required payment reference, and send valid payment confirmation.

Bank-transfer orders may not be delivered instantly because manual verification may be required. Always verify that payment details were provided through https://tooups.com or an official TooUps communication channel.

10. USDT Payments

USDT payments must be sent to the wallet address and blockchain network specified by TooUps. You are responsible for verifying the wallet address, selected blockchain network, amount, network gas fees, and exchange withdrawal fees before confirming payment.

11. Prices, Currency and Fees

Product prices are displayed on the product page, checkout page, invoice or official order communication. You may be responsible for bank transfer fees, PayPal fees, card processing fees, international transaction fees, currency conversion costs, network gas fees, taxes, or duties. TooUps may change product prices at any time without affecting confirmed orders.

12. Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment authorization or verification, products may be delivered through email, direct website download, private download links, customer accounts, or cloud storage. Contact info@tooups.com if you paid but did not receive your product or if a download link is non-functional.

13. Download Links

Download links may include an expiry date, a limited number of downloads, access restrictions, security controls, or user-specific tracking. You should download and securely store your purchased files as soon as possible. You must not share private download links with third parties.

14. Digital Product Licence

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited right to use it under the applicable licence. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights. Unless stated otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user licence.

15. Personal Use

A product licensed for personal use may be downloaded, edited, and used in personal projects by the purchaser, including reasonable backup copies. It does not allow use for client work, resale, business distribution, or paid services without written permission.

16. Commercial Use

A commercial licence applies only when clearly included with or purchased for the product. Commercial use allows you to use products within your business, internal workflows, and finished client deliverables where raw editable source files are not exposed.

17. Prohibited Uses

Unless TooUps provides written permission, you must not:

• Resell our digital products or redistribute original files
• Share products with friends, clients or team members
• Upload files to sharing websites, Google Drive, or Dropbox
• Publish private download links or give products away for free
• Sell slightly modified versions or remove ownership notices
• Create competing products from our content
• Use products to train commercial models or datasets
• Scrape or automatically copy website content
• Bypass payment or download restrictions

18. Templates and Editable Files

Templates may require third-party software, applications, fonts or accounts. You are responsible for confirming compatibility, installing software, proofreading text, and testing final exports. TooUps is not responsible for errors introduced during editing.

19. AI Prompts and Prompt Bundles

AI prompts are instructions designed to assist users when working with artificial intelligence tools. Purchasing a prompt does not guarantee a particular response, income, conversion rate, or performance level. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and ensuring the legal usability of all generated content.

20. Claude Skills and AI Resources

Some digital products are designed for Claude or other AI platforms. Compatibility may depend on account access, subscription levels, and third-party updates. TooUps does not control Anthropic, Claude, or other third-party platforms. Purchasing a Claude skill does not include a Claude subscription or paid API credits.

21. Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Names such as Claude, Anthropic, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Canva, Figma and other third-party brands belong to their respective owners. References are for compatibility and descriptive purposes only. TooUps is not affiliated with or endorsed by these third parties.

22. AI Output Disclaimer

Artificial intelligence systems may produce incomplete, outdated, biased, or inaccurate responses. You must independently review and verify AI-generated output. TooUps products do not replace professional judgement, fact-checking or specialist advice.

23. No Professional Advice

Our products are provided for educational, creative, organizational, and productivity purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or employment advice.

24. Code and Automation Files

Code, scripts, and automation resources require technical knowledge. You should review code and test in safe environments. TooUps is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation or incompatibility.

25. Product Updates

TooUps may update, improve, or discontinue products at any time. Unless lifetime updates are clearly stated, purchases do not guarantee lifetime updates or permanent compatibility with future third-party platform versions.

26. Customer Support

Standard product support includes assistance with download access, replacement of corrupted files, and general guidance. It does not include full custom development, business consulting, or third-party software training.

27. Refund and Cancellation Policy

28. Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be sent through the original payment method where reasonably possible, subject to payment processor rules, network fees, and verification.

29. Duplicate Payments

When duplicate payments accidentally occur, contact info@tooups.com with transaction evidence. After verification, TooUps will refund or reverse the duplicate transaction.

30. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact TooUps before opening a dispute or chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine issues. Submitting false or fraudulent chargebacks after receiving products is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

31. Intellectual Property

TooUps and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in digital files, prompts, Claude skills, workflows, templates, guides, content, code, branding, and logos. All rights are reserved.

32. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, secure passwords, and all activity under your account. You must not sell, rent, or transfer your account.

33. Acceptable Website Use

You must not attempt to hack, scrape, introduce malware, overload systems, or interfere with website operations. TooUps reserves the right to block unauthorized or harmful access.

34. Disclaimer of Warranties

TooUps does not control third-party pricing, API limits, platform availability, or terms. You are responsible for reviewing and following the terms of external services you connect with.

37. Suspension and Termination

TooUps may suspend or terminate access when a customer violates these Terms, resells products, submits false payment data, or infringes intellectual property rights.

38. Changes to These Terms

TooUps may update these Terms when products, payment methods, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.

39. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of our business jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

40. Dispute Resolution

41. Severability

42. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and product licences, form the complete agreement between you and TooUps.
